Naved-ul-Hasan targets Dravid, Tendulkar says Rediff.com. Isn't it funny that these cricketers have started to play these target games aping Glenn McGrath. Rana, who has played in a few tests and a handful of one dayers where he has been hit to all parts of the ground, decideds to target Sachin and Dravid. The first thing that Rana needs to target is a spot in the playing eleven. A few days back, Kaneria said he will target Dravid and I am not sure how these mind games will work when it comes from absolutel empty vessels like Rana and Kaneria. It is better for them to shut their mouth and start concentrating on their spot in the playing eleven or else they will be like Shoaib Akhthar targeting birds in the Lahore shooting range

Nash for MVP....

The basketall season is at the halfway point. Phoenix Suns, the team I always support holds the second best record in the league, not bad for a team that managed to win just 29 games last season and also traded its star point guard Stephon Marbury, midway through the season. But now, Phoenix can look back with some happiness that it made the right moves. Nash or Marbury is a no brainer when you have a top dog like Amare in the team. Marbury brings a morbid selfish game to the court and is never really a distributer like Nash. Nash has settled amazingly in the high octane offense and is a legit choice for MVP. Some other competitors would be Ray Allen from Seattle, obviously King James from Cleveland, as always Tim Duncan from San Antonio, man mountain Shaq from Miami, If the voting took place today, Nash would win it hands down is no doubt...

India's new pin up girl

I don't want too melodramatic like Times of India which would run a headline like "Sania Mania grips India" but I am thrilled to finally see an Indian women win a WTA tournament.

Finally, teens in India have a new poster girl for their bedrooms and folks please tear apart those pictures of Aishwarya Rai and Rani Mukerjee on your walls and anoint Sania.

Once again, I hope that Sania doesn't stop with Hyderabad and goes on to crack the top 25.
